Come back to visit the Art Wall during September and enjoy a fascinating exhibition of abstract photography by local artist W. David Fields. Through his lens, the beauty in the photographs arises from objects that look ordinary or unpleasant at first glance. According to the artist, beauty can rise from transformation and surprise us. By finding beauty in transformation, he captures the constantly changing nature of reality.

On Thursday, September 23rd at 6:00pm, join us in the library's main-floor Miron Fireside Room to meet with the artist. Mr. Fields will open your eyes to understand photography in new ways. He will discuss why photography is art, why photography is mostly about light, and why everyone can take interesting photos. He will share his own journey and provide perspectives on his artwork on display in the Miron Fireside Room.

Location for the Presentation: Company E. Room. Visit of the exhibit and light refreshments to follow.
Duration: 1 hour and a half.
