  • How much does the library charge for late returns? The library no longer charges fines for most materials. CLICK HERE for more information.
     
  • How much do photocopies cost?
    • Black & white photocopies are 10¢ per page.  
    • Color photocopies are 25¢ per page.

  • Does the library have ebooks?  yes
     
  • Does the library hold computer classes?
  • Does the library have tax forms?  yes
     
  • Do you have FAX service?
    • Send a fax for $2 per fax, with any number of pages.
    • Receive a fax at 920.967.5159.  Pay 10¢ per page when you pick it up.

  • How long can I use a library computer?
    • You are guaranteed an hour/day.
    • If no one is waiting to use a computer, you may request more time.​
       
  • How many things can I have on hold in the library catalog at a time?  50
     
  • Can I scan a document to a digital file?
    • Yes.  Scan a document on our photocopier.
    • Send it to your email address or save it on a flash drive.
    • There is no charge for this service. 
    • You may purchase a Friends of the Menasha Library flash drive at the Reference Desk for $5.
       
  • Does the library have WiFi?  Yes.
     
  • Does the library have WiFi that I can checkout and use anywhere?  Yes.   more information
     
  • Can I print at the library from my own laptop?  Can I print from my home computer?
  • Does the library proctor exams?
    • This service is currently unavailable while the library is temporarily relocated at UWO Fox Cities for our 2024-25 renovation.

    • We have a study room you can use to take your exam.
