Resources for Educators

  • Discovery Kits

    • Discovery Kits are self-guided learning packs that focus on a specific topic of STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.
    • Each kit comes with 2-5 books dedicated to the kit’s topic. These resources provide information (to build knowledge) or tell a story (to build connection) to help users establish necessary background knowledge.
    • Furthermore, each kit comes with a number of physical items: activities, games, manipulatives, models, projects, puzzles, or tools which allow users to apply their newly gained knowledge in real world ways.
    • Providing children the opportunity to learn through reading and then apply that knowledge through doing strengthens neural connections, providing better learning outcomes to build knowledge that lasts.
