If you get a notice saying your card is expired, we simply need to verify your contact information. We can renew your card in person at the Checkout or Information Desk, or you can call us at 920.967.3690 to renew your card over the phone.
Your PIN number is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Your library card number is the 13 digit number printed on the back of your library card.
