Called to order at 1:05pm by Golz
Present: Robert Golz (Library Board of Trustees Chair), Candi Huber (City of Menasha Human Resources Coordinator), Jack Fry (Previous Library Director), and Jennifer Peterson (Menasha Joint School District PreK-12 District Library Media Supervisor)
Absent: Jill Halverson (Library Board of Trustees Vice Chair)
Also Present: Vicki Lenz (Director) and Kathy Dreyer (Business Manager)
Public Comment/Communication
None
Adjourn into Closed Session: Motion made by Fry, seconded by Huber to adjourn into closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. [Review applications for director’s position and determine interview questions.]
Roll call vote: all board members voted in favor, none opposed. The meeting adjourned into closed session at 1:07pm.
Adjourn into Open Session: Motion made by Fry to adjourn into open session, seconded by Huber. Roll call vote: all board members voted in favor, none opposed. The meeting adjourned into open session at 1:22pm.
