Called to order at 9:31am by Golz
Present: Robert Golz (Library Board of Trustees Chair), Jill Halverson (Library Board of Trustees Vice Chair), Candi Huber (City of Menasha Human Resources Coordinator), Jack Fry (Previous Library Director), and Jennifer Peterson (Menasha Joint School District PreK-12 District Library Media Supervisor)
Also Present: Kathy Dreyer (Business Manager)

Adjourn into Closed Session: Motion made by Halverson, seconded by Fry to adjourn into closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. [Review applications for director’s position.]
Roll call vote: all board members voted in favor, none opposed. The meeting adjourned into closed session at 9:32am.
Adjourn into Open Session: Motion made by Huber to adjourn into open session, seconded by Peterson. Roll call vote: all board members voted in favor, none opposed. The meeting adjourned into open session at 10:05am.
