Called to order at 4:35pm by Chairman Schwerbel
Present: Chairman Schwerbel, Trustee Halverson, Trustee Golz, Trustee Turner

Consent Business
Golz moved to approve the meeting minutes of May 5, 2021 and May 12, 2021. Halverson seconded. The motion was unanimously approved.
Facility Planning
Attendees discussed the merits of the six proposals received by the library by November 1st deadline. Discussions centered around the proposals meeting established criteria, the teams proposed to the lead the process and the depth of experience and quality of previous similar work.
Halverson moved that EUA be invited to interview for the engagement and preliminary planning contract. Golz seconded. Unanimously approved.
Adjournment
Golz moved to adjourn, seconded by Turner at 5:25pm. Unanimously approved.
