Called to order at 3:31PM by Chair Golz
Present: Chair Golz, Vice Chair Halverson and Secretary Lane
Also Present: Director Kopetsky

Consent Business
Motion made by Lane, seconded by Halverson to approve the Board Governance Committee minutes of June 2, 2021. Motion carries unanimously.
Discussion/Action Items
2021-2022 Officer Nominations
The committee will be recommending the following 2021-2022 officer nominations to the Board of Trustees:
Chair – Jill Halverson
Vice Chair – Bob Golz
Secretary – Carrie Lane
Members of the committee reviewed potential trustees to fill our vacancy, committee assignments for the coming library year. The nominations and committee assignments will be presented and voted upon at the May board meeting. The group discussed potential candidates to reach out to for Friends group officers as the process of formalizing the Friend’s group moves forward.
Potential candidates for Teen Library Representative were discussed.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:28 pm was made by Halverson and seconded by Lane. Motion carried unanimously.
