Director’s Report

  • On July 6, we have the Pizza and a Movie program with Park and Rec at Smith Park.  We have many other programs planned this summer at the library as well as other locations throughout the city.
  • Our order for new self-checkout machines has been received and processed.  We are working with Winnefox to get the infrastructure in place to allow for the installation.  It should be in place by the end of summer.
  • Kopetsky started on a draft of the 2023 budget.
  • Our new library assistants are on board and being trained.
  • Over the last month, we have had staffing challenges due to COVID.
