Enjoy a time visiting with our featured artist : Mike Burman. Share with Mike about his publications, passion, and techniques. During that time, he will present his work “Perspectives” Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. Mike's work is on exhibit during the month of April by the Miron Fireside room. Light refreshments will be served.

About the exhibit and artist
Mike Burman will be exhibiting his photography work and publications. Mike has a degree in journalism with an emphasis in photography from UW- Oshkosh. During his career he put that training to use when photographing the streets. In 2022, he published his first book of street photography, titled “Perspectives,” which features 52 images that have almost all been taken in Appleton. Mike is a fine art photographer who specializes in street photography. His photojournalism training gave him the ability to tell a story with an image with a delicate sense of composition. Visitors will appreciate how color is also complemented with his love for black and white imagery. More information and prints are available at Focal Point Photography LLC
