Ad Hoc Nominating Committee
Elisha D. Smith Public Library Board of Trustees
June 22, 2016
Call to order at 4:57pm by Wicihowski.
Present: Englebert and Wicihowski
Also present: Director Lenz and K. Dreyer (Administrative Assistant)
Establish Slate of Officers for the 2016-2017 Term
Golz, Rollins-Jump and Kaminski’s terms are up June 30, 2016. The mayor and common council have re-appointed Golz to a three-year term on the library board.
Erin Beachkofski expressed an interest last year in being the teen representative. Director Lenz contacted her and she attended the board meeting on June 22 to express her interest in serving as the teen rep on the library board.
The following slate of officers was agreed upon by the committee members and will be recommended for the board’s consideration at their July 27, 2016 meeting:
Jim Englebert – President
Bob Golz – Vice-president
Kathy Wicihowski – Secretary
Erin Beachkofski – Teen Representative
Englebert will contact the mayor to appoint 2 new board members to fill the vacancies.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:08pm by Wicihowski, seconded by Englebert, and carried unanimously.
