Children
Hey, Kids! Sign up for the Build a Better World! Summer Library Program beginning Tuesday, May 30. Pick up a brochure in the Children’s Room and start bringing it back on June 5 to win weekly prizes for reading. Check out 5 books each week and put your name in a drawing to win fabulous prizes. Complete a bookmark, win a prize—up to ten in all. Additional challenges for 4th and 5th graders. Prizes for checking out 100, 200, 300 or 400 books. The elementary school with the most participation wins a treat for their school. Special program for 2-year-old's, too. Sign up and have your fines erased off your library card.
Young Adults
This summer reading program is for those who are headed into 6th grade in fall or any grade after that. Read at least 20 minutes each day to fill in a weekly reading ticket and enter to win weekly prizes. Sign up at the Reference Desk and have your fines erased off your library card.
