Start planning next year’s garden with Tim Miller, who is known in Austin, Texas, for his work at Austin Community Gardens (now Sunshine Community Garden) and for
sharing his expertise in alternative growing techniques. Mr. Miller is also known for his strong Wisconsin accent, which was homegrown right here in Menasha. This month, when he visits his hometown, he will share his gardening knowledge, gathered while raising vegetables and fruit on his farm in central Texas with unique planting techniques, heirloom plants, organic growing techniques, seed-saving, and various water-saving methods.
