Called to order at 4:42pm by Chair Halverson
Present: Halverson, Hermans (arrived at 4:47pm) and Witt

Approval of Minutes
Motion made by Witt, seconded by Halverson to approve the Marketing & Resource Development Committee meeting
minutes of August 19, 2019. Motion carried unanimously.
Discussion/Action Items
Update on Community Foundation Grant Application for Outreach Coordinator
⦁ We have been invited to interview at the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Inc. Director Lenz, Librarian Ana Maria Acosta and Menasha Joint School District ELL Coordinator Gretchen (Margaret) Lettau will attend.
Development of Marketing Plan
⦁ The committee reviewed the Marketing & Resource Development Plan.
⦁ Halverson will revise the plan according to this discussion.
Resource Development Project
⦁ The committee inquired as to where we are with the booklet and if Turner contacted Graphic Artist Aubrey Rager? Lenz will contact Turner for an update, time-line and let her know that Witt will be taking more photos showing how we are a community center and what we want to say about our platforms. A photo release form will be created.
125th Anniversary
⦁ Make 2022 a year long celebration. Develop a special logo, a social media campaign and have an open house.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 4:30pm.
Motion made by Witt, seconded by Hermans to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
