Called to order at 8:15am by Chairman Schwerbel
Committee members present: Schwerbel, Franzoi, and Golz
Committee members not present: Turner
Also present: Mayor Don Merkes, Board Chairman Jim Englebert, Library Director Lenz

Consent Business
None
Discussion/Action Items
Committee members evaluated proposals submitted by two of the firms who visited the library in recent months to aid the committee in development of a comprehensive facilities plan, as directed in the board’s most recent strategic plan.
Franzoi offered to coordinate a conference call with MSS this week. Committee members discussed and agreed on questions and discussion points for that call.
It was decided that a presentation of this project to the Common Council is in order, so that they are informed of all possibilities before proceeding.
