Called to order at 4:31pm by Chairman Golz
Present: Englebert, Franzoi, Golz, Lane and VanderHeyden
Also Present: Director Lenz and Dreyer (Business Manager)

Approval of Minutes
Motion made by Englebert, seconded by VanderHeyden to approve the Finance & Investment Committee meeting minutes from August 13, 2019. Motion carried.
Discussion/Action Items
Library Operating Budget 2021
A draft 2021 library budget was considered. The cost for benefits is still unknown. The committee feels that Lenz has the authority to make staffing changes. Lenz will provide the committee with the policy and procedure regarding staff development.
Library Operating Budget 2020
We need to get an estimate on the year end wages, salaries, and benefits from Finance Director Jennifer Sassman so that we can better determine the year end projection. The committee would also like Sassman to confirm our understanding of carry over funds.
